It probably is but. I've not given up on it just yet. The rumor was that talks were to go on all week. Pfizer has demonstrated they are aggressively paddling to get on top of this wave and part of their plan may be to find and acquire or license the most differentiated patents. The 14 they already have, have essentially been pushed aside according to a recent article!! That doesn't mean Pfizer has given up!

Its too bad if the SAHPRA CEO turns out to just be a tool for the beauracrats.

SAHPRA has been advertising for a new CEO since August, I believe. Why have they not installed one yet? So they can keep their yes-man for now, during this tumultuous period?
