Kind of speaks volumes to me

A prototype could not be built because they did not have the money to build any type to any kind of scale.

Why didn't SWET have any money? Maybe because it's an idea unworthy of sinking money into?

And I don't buy that it didn't have any money. It had money, it just didn't want to spend it on a prototype. Just look back at its Ks and Qs (when it was filing them that is). It sure as heck pissed through a whole bunch of the stuff on goodness knows what since the vast majority of its expenditures were buried in the always elusive SG&A. What SG&A did it have. It had no product so there was nothing to sell and the staff is three old men with a Regus office. Very little was spent on R&D. Aren't you the least bit curious where all the money went? I sure am.

A 400 foot tower may well be good scale in terms of height. But it doesn't at all resemble the proposed tower and, as I mentioned earlier, it has no tunnels and no turbines so, really, was it good scale? I think not. And, as I've mentioned a half dozen times or so, the alleged testing was limited at best and insufficient to allow the drawing of any real conclusions.

I know you want this thing to work out but you've got to open your eyes.
