$PULM - Two Event Horizon Catalysts slated for next week.

11/5 deadline for extension to remain on the NASDAQ -- due to the $1.00 for 10 consecutive days requirement. Management has already said they are very on top of this, and do not plan on doing a R/S (although the R/S was already pre-approved in a worst case scenario -- likely something which is mentioned to NASDAQ as a 'backup plan' during the extension period)

11/8 earnings report: Cash situation to be highlighted -- will we be hearing on partnering/cash sources?? Looks promising for a deal with Glenmark -- will be $1.80+ with partnership news.
