Re uplist and Mona: I will sell all of my CVSI stock if management and lawyers did not start their NASD application process with the question of Mona as a disqualifier. The case against him was settled just 50 days before we applied to NASD. I trust the new CEO and CVSI lawyers asked some obvious BKK type questions.

I agree with AP - this is the issue of legality for NASD and they were *trying* to time it with Farm Bill legalization. So now, have to wait until lame duck farm bill. I give it early December and Merry NASD Xmas to the patient.

With that being their reasoning to keep us off, I believe we would have known by September at the very latest.

Rather, my belief is that the first U.S. Company selling CBD is asking for an uplist, and the standard is being developed ALONG with our eminent uplist.
