PUF Ventures Inc. ("PUF" or the "Company") (OTCPK: PUFXF), a growth oriented and diversified company focused on the international cannabis industry, announces that, further to its news releases dated September 25, 2018 and October 11, 2018, it has closed a $12.5 million first tranche of $40 million Equity Participation and Earn-In Agreement with Delta Organic Cannabis Corp. and issued the first tranche of 5,572,755 common shares (the "Shares") of the Company at a deemed price of $2.24 per Share.
