I think you have the right idea. I did the math last night and I sold 150k today for a tax loss. The test results are great, but the road hasn't been started yet and negotiations with the Chinese won't get ramped up until the end of the month. I think this will be trading around the same price come December and I hope to get back in with a larger position. It's a risk, but it beats paying Uncle Sam for gains in other stocks while I'm sitting on a huge paper loss here.

This stock could end up being a poster child for tax loss over the next couple months.

That said, it could end up being a poster child for the great small mining plays of 2007.
