Financial statements and MD&A are out on SEDAR now.

Basically they have no money, are not doing anything, and owe a bunch of money for various things. Literally no update on the business.

They did a share exchange to invest in a 'Company' in March - wonder if any of the VIN directors are involved with that mysterious company....
