it can't even go up into the ex date



That's because a lot of people believe we are already ex. Because

1) Merkur is ex
2) They don't know about deferred ex-dates
3) FINRA (and the company) are keeping quiet.

I'm done explaining things on this message board. People have been warned. You can take over, although I wouldn't recommend it.

Nov 14, the company better deliver. Or I am a seller on the 15th.
