Traderfan I think it is nonsense to think that shares that are not traded on a stock exchange have no value. My guess is that fewer than one percent of this kind of companies in my country are listed on a stock exchange. I have read that some think it is fair with a 50% discount for companies that are not traded on a stock exchange. At this stage nobody knows how difficult it will be to sell or buy shares in TRW. I think the real value of these shares will partly depend on how difficult it will be to buy and sell them.
