That's like saying that people who, as students, save money in a "closed" account is not worth anything (we have some saving accounts with tax benefits where you can't withdraw that money unless you spend it on a house).
You have a point in that you can't expect to sell those shares (at least not for a decent price), but if you have faith in TRW and their ability to list on HKSE (or similar) in 2-3 years, then I have to strongly disagree; we're talking about a 3-bagger in 2-3 years (if the $3.4 value is correct). That would be mind-blowing results for pretty much every retail investor...
