it is only the poster's opinion, NOUV will move as high as there is interest. IMHO, NOUV will test 0.01 before end of year. there are a lot of developments with this joint venture and the backbone (cannabis cultivation to produce infused beverages, medicine, and recreational use for the three companies here in the U.S.A. and Canada) to this business plan.
