Was curious about that myself, hard to say whats happening, Hansen had health issues so perhaps that has caused delays for some reason...IDK, supposedly the merger has already taken place, so I don't know why it would, but something has held this up for sure.
Who knows, this thing has been odd from day 1 when it started trading lol.. first off Hansen got this very cheap, only $166K, the going rate for these new issues is usually $300+......the initial trades were dumps to .04 and .05.... then it inexplicably ran to $12.00....then went Dark for a long while.... then got dumped again from $12.00 down to .30's....then started filing again....then had this RM, and supposed f/s.
The wording on the f/s was odd, typically you see 'upon approval from FINRA' will f/s etc, In this case they made it sound like it had already been completed. A f/s can't be effectuated without approval from FINRA, and shows up on the DL, no exceptions that I'm aware of.
