So when they are issuing shares, they were issuing half in both stock exchanges?


Yes, ish, or at least so it seems. I have been tracking the sharecount on Merkur (well, very rare lately, but frequently last year) and the sharecount has been around 45% of the total OS, so I would assume they are issuing on both exchanges. Also Redbull has been buying shares on OTC, transferring to Merkur, and selling them there (since Merkur - before the ex date - has been pretty consistent in trading at a premium over OTC)
