NASDAQ requires a share price of $1 over a period of weeks or else the stock is not eligible for listing and would be delisted. What I'm hearing SGMD saying is they want to do a 10:1 or 12:1 reverse split to achieve a higher shareprice and lower the number of outstanding shares. Am I thinking incorrectly here?
