On 3-29-18, two different partnerships came out with a buy and outperform price targets of .50 cents and $2.00, before the r/s.
Now that it's in the FDA hands, I doubt that these devices causes blindness, suicidal tendencies and might even raise sperm count in males. So, the reverse of 100 to 1 would then be a price of $50.00 to $200.00.

Others have said $10 to $12, one mentioned $18 (I believe).

Don't sell this stock short!
