Regarding the $70k MSFT money, I just spoke with the company and they say the money was received by Top Secret Productions, which is a separate company owned 50% by NVEI. The money will form part of the overall revenues generated by the film and of which NVEI will receive ALL of its expenses and cash outlays back that it invested in the film. So while the money came in, and NVEI is entitled to it, it remains within Top Secret Productions accounting books until the accounting is done for the film. So, technically, right now the money hasn't hit NVEI books per se, and therefore is not included in the 10Q.
