Also, 2 points: a)a quick research tells me that judgments committed in connection with a crime cannot be included in bankruptcy proceedings--so he will have this hanging over him for awhile; b) in regards to his felony charges in North Carolina that are still--presumably--awaiting trial, I would think that he would need to amend filings with the prosecutor and show that he has been through the SEC investigation and accepted a judgment against him for criminal complaints. I would bet that the judge in that case would frown on the new evidence.
