Sounds like you guys touched on this, but if there's any confusion as to whether or not yesterday's FORM 3 has you thinking it's in the Float -- it's absolutely NOT in the Float.

The FORM 3 even states, "30% of the shares will be released from forfeiture restrictions beginning October 26, 2019 and on each of the next two anniversaries." at the bottom.

If they're restricted, they are not in the Float.

I'm 99.9% confident the Float is increasing because some of the 64 initial investors listed on the June S-1.

Again, I can't prove it, but I strongly suspect MOST of these initial investors are holding for actual news but I don't doubt some of them grew impatient since they invested back in June 2017.

That's ~500 days ago. 72 weeks. 1 Year & 4 Months.

So, yes, they're making a profit selling for $0.40 -- but I think they're silly for not waiting another few weeks, as it's pretty obvious they're assembling something very special here.
