I guess the good news for Bolivian Mining Co's is he's saying he's backing away from nationalization.... however, the bad news is he's saying its only becuase of a lack of funds and that mining nationalization efforts will commence again in 2007...

he insisted that “that doesn’t mean that this has stopped” and said the policy had merely been “postponed” until 2007....
