It is the cash flow and not earninggs which decides if SIAF can afford to pay a cash dividend. Up to now Solomon has demonstrated what look like a character defect. SIAF never has any significant cash because he spends it as soon as SIAF receives cash.

For the above reason it is irresponsible for SIAF to borrow money: it cannot be repaid because of Solomon's reckless irresponsibility regarding accumulating cash.
