We believe the most likely outcome is a deal in which CRG receives better long-term terms as well as warrants or other instruments that would allow it to take effective control of the company at will. CRG has much more to gain from keeping Synergy alive than in letting it die.

Looks like they're cleaning house. Is Jacob going to be the only one out? Certainly CRG had issues with him judging by the last 10-Q.
This is going to be fluid, the article you posted is already out of date considering yesterdays filing. Thinking by the end of next week we'll have plenty more answers.
If it goes the way I'm putting my money, there'll be a pretty nice short squeeze.
