Hi luvgrowth,

Since VDC owns 13.10% of VDI and the Market Value for the new company today is ~$1,050,019,740, the value for VDC should be ~$137,569,740 which gives around ~$0.43 cents/share.

Why do you say $0.20 cents?


5,000,094 * 210 = 1.05B (VDI)

655,094 * 210 = 137M (VDC) same as 13.10% of 1.05B
