The monitors report claims the deal is in “ the best “ interests of all stakeholders and most of the particulars at this time are being withheld..A $ 0 return on stakeholders Investment is not in the best interests of all stakeholders...It”s cut and dried..right there in black and white..holding for the disclosed particulars and accumulating..
