Yup...It's really not complicated, despite the large documents.

BIOAQ common stock is worthless.

The stock will be cancelled at the conclusion of the liquidation. Anyone holding shares at that time will lose 100% of their investment.

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
