I wonder how much we will pay Lifford for the distribution of our products, and how much profit that will reward WeedMD. I understand we need to outsource for distribution, which will open new channels to generate additional income, but are we paying them based on contracts obtained, did we issue shares, whats the cost to the company and share holders? Are they seeking to put our product on dispensary shelves? Any idea how they fit in? Thoughts on if this is a lucrative contract or a waste of time? I would think a couple of desk with some phones and sales reps would do the trick...but maybe we are paying less for a whole company versus a few salaries?
