GESI was a scam, this has ties to Bruce Pollock who got popped once before for bad behavior. I personally reported everything to the Texas Securities Board a few years back. Bruce fraudulently sold securities but tried to do so through his wife Martha.

The story was that GESI was going to build a gasification plant in Canada. When the investors who bought in to their PPM started calling around, we found out that GESI had made no effort to actually follow through, despite business updates from Mr. Pollock.
