The answers you are seeking have all been talked about on this board over the last year. As $UNVC investors we are aware of the deficiencies that exist with the UNVC shell, and we're ok with that because the positioning of Dr Dalton and UNVC within AGRiMED trumps all. The story expands from there, but again, all been discussed already.

Remember, this discussion has been going on for just over a year now, so we've pretty much exhausted every possible tangent about what's wrong with the shell.
