The words SUCCESSFUL and REVERSE SPLIT should never be used in the same sentence. There's nothing successful about a reverse split.

The last PR announcing the reverse split indicated that the reverse split would allow them to expand into 29 states. I'm still confused as to just how simply consolidating shares magically allows further growth of a company. It would be helpful if Throgmartin could at least elaborate as to how the reverse split would actually be a catalyst for this expansion. Have any institutional investors agreed that IF the share price and share structure is a certain level they will invest? The last PR was pretty ambiguous to say the least.
