But all the red flags and warning signs were there but everyone ignored them. It was obvious the CEO was diluting. It;s obvious they are taking on huge debt. $25 mil rev is great but they don't have it now but they are spending like they do. It's like spending your mega million winnings before the numbers are even called.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
