Keep in mind

The 1.1mm shares being issued at closing are still not in the float. They're restricted shares that aren't freely tradable. I assume they'll be subject to a 6 month lockup, but I haven't seen the exact terms as of yet. Regardless, I don't think there's a high risk of those shares hitting the market anytime soon.
