Power play? Perhaps. But the LOI includes the purchase of York & Chapel first. And 665 second. So if 10sion has any animus towards Ho for getting the boot why is York & Chapel prominent in the purchase deal?

The following is pure speculation. But could York & Chapel be so prominent in this LOI as a way to bring in Ample Luck as a financing partner? Once again, Ho is #2 over there.
