it is in fact in the court dock on Friday he plead guilty, it is sealed now. so do they need a trial if he pleads guilty? I'm not a lawyer or a Judge, I did ask my attorney and she said no trail would be needed but could happen under some cases. How does it affect anything anyway, no shareholders will get anything. though they might go on a buying frenzy because if one thing is predictable it's Humans.
