It's actually pretty easy to identify if this is a SCAM or not. All one has to do is look at the patents.

That's why it's so easy to tell when someone either hasn't taken the time to look at the patents or they don't understand them.

All the information is out there for anyone to research. Any possible info you would want on the patents are there. That's why it's so laughable when we keep hearing SCAM.

Nobody who understands the patents is claiming this is a slam dunk, but minus any corruption, it's pretty close, IMO. These companies truly are infringing and my only hope is corruption doesn't win out.

As far as the PPS, that's pretty simple too IMO. The stock skyrocketed to .45 after the IPR sweep. It's worked its way down to these levels again b/c people who trade the stock got out knowing the delays that are in play. They are sitting on the sidelines just waiting for news.

The stock will skyrocket again once we get the news on the IPR resolution, licensing, buyout or settlement.

Again, it's amazing with all the negatives, none of them even attempt to challenge the patents.
