Around the spin-off. I wouldn't draw conclusions based on their exit. They owned a very small position too, so it's not a big signal either way.

As the market cap increases, micro cap funds will take notice. It probably needs to be at least $50mm to draw meaningful institutional investor interest as most funds don't want to cross the 5% threshold.
