I guess ASSIF just gets to walk away with GNPT and he keeps running 'his" company. doesn't seem right since its an operating company and did not go the BK route. if anyone wants to start a stockholder revolt I have 61 million shares of wallpaper to throw at it just no time to pursue or even find out what our course of action is.
