my feeling is it's either a straight RM and just from announcement this will sky rocket and bring on many investors from the public (which seems too good to be true)...or like potateclump stated...this stock reaches 4bucks or so and then RS happens and some long longs get screwed! Either way I think every person in this company will make money it's just a matter of pulling the trigger at the right time
