$RETC IMO CONCERNS AND RESPONSE.
Just got done reading all of the posts everyone has posted today. On that I wanted to help put some questions to rest. 1st who am I. No one. The Boy has no name. But I do know a lot because I love to read Docks, and Sec filings and I love contacting legal teams and asking questions to the point of aggravation forcing them to tell me or throw me out on my butt. So 1st New money in or 0.003 New money already in and was used to fund the US Trip and conferences for new sales and marketing. with brings us to the company diluting concern. Yes, every one dilutes. You think the shares are just for you and I to pass money around and the company makes nothing, That's not why they went public! so sure they did and should, BUT it already happened last week. They did not walk up to the airport and say, hay Listen I'm the CEO of 12 and I will dilute stocks to get money next week for today's flight. They diluted last week not today. why dip today, I will get to that in a minute.
So next we have The COURT case or Litigation, the Fast answer there is none. NEXT. lol ok, Knox did bad, Knox doing Jail, Knox plead Guilty. so the case was moved from 30th "today", to this past Friday 26th. it is over and done, the sec gets all the funding from the fines (money) each company 50 of them or more who cares how many, appoint someone to receive the funds divided up to dust you will never see. If you do Happy Birthday. whatever. NEXT! sorry for your loss I had nothing to do with it was not even a shareholder untill 2 weeks ago. but been watching for a few months.
Now that court is done and over as far as we are all concerned, Nope it will not move the stock PPS, only bid and ask do that, so do so accordingly my advice do it so the price goes up, all happy, Mc Donald's line gets long. Now the CEO is touring the US to promote 12 retech and the 12 app and mirror because you all keep emailing 12 asking what's going on, when will we hear something? and what you got was The CEO himself out in the field doing his job and some to make sales, and you're all like we never got PR this much before, why now, ARE YOU FNK KIDDING ME??? OMG . No offense but for real WHAaaaaT. Moving on. NEXT
Now why the dip today, well you see if you look at the chart and look at the dips and look at the peaks what do you see happening on the dates it did that? That's right without fail, for over a year the buzz of news is the peak because you all get hot to trot like me, and buy, and the stock goes up, at PR released as it is up, flipper to the dipper, yeahhhh, the stock goes down. Now play accordingly until, O boy this is where it gets exciting, New investors find RETC and say Hay this looks cool maybe I can make some money investing my 2 cents? This means go tell your friends and family, Facebook, Twitter, discord, hell stream the news on YouTube or Twitch.tv who cares where but dam someone run a facebook add or something ??? ok Fine I will, don't laugh when you see it! In closing, 12 Retech RETC is doing its job, no notes due till next year, so all is well, O and one more thing. YES L2 and the naked shorts which are Illegal, you can not do them. If anyone has any evidence, Please report it to the SEC NOW!, like right NOW! with that said, I saw a lot of orders getting passed up, mine included when in fact there were others they had and filled, why. I'm not going to speculate. I don't know, it is a BS game brokers are playing. stay fast, stay long to get past this, better days coming in deed.
