The "shorting" part was what grabbed my attention because it was so silly. But if you want, here's the whole quote:

The way Mexus is trading (almost no selling today), seems like not many people are convinced that Mexus is very bad stock to hold on to, and not many people are willing to short at this time.

Nobody is shorting this stock.
