no other logical reason and certainly nothing wrong with the fundamentals of this company, their progress and plans...



If you take a look back with other companies that Ben Ward has been involved in, you will notice a pattern of plans, LOI's intended acquisitions, that never happen.

It does make for a great story, but if it were real, even this market segment retreating shouldn't cause a company with a solid foundation to revisit 52 week lows.
