I have a PDF copy of the 5 - Page ORDER
appointing the Receiver - which ORDER was
filed in the Receivership Case on Aug 7, 2017.

It was e-mailed to me by Francine in 2017.
It is a worthwhile read and reference, and if
anyone wants a copy of it I will e-mail it to
you once I get time to set up a secondary
e-mail address to post.
