Investing up to $1m in Hempistry morphed to committed $1m by promo team..Imo, big difference.

Great photo, but would be nice if Jimmy were more transparent with Hempistry deal...The original Hempistry PR quoted SGMD planned to invest "up to" $1m...vs..today's NWW promo of "Sugarmade recently committed a million-dollar investment in Hempistry, Inc."

Might be splitting hairs, but Hempistry investment units were at minimum $50k, and Hempistry filing indicated $260k so far..Did SGMD pony up $50k..a $100k? Idk, but is Jimmy only planning to invest $50-100k and call it quits, although the $1m committment makes for good PR optics, it doesnt nean it happens..How about some numbers Jimmy? Just how is Hempistry investment accretive to shareholders?
