Because it's abundantly clear that nothing going forward will move the dial with this company unless it's proven and legit. Going and finding a no name JV and touting them obviously won't work, as you stated look at the last one. To me, this really is the only path they have. I also don't know the in's and out's, but I got to believe the end game would be using legit data, and finding a legit JV. Only time will tell I guess.
