I think it is highly questionable that Mr. Stevens
would make the same comments to
Francine, as she is the one who hired him.

According to the Order appointing the Receiver,
Mr. Stevens has control of " BOREAL's books
and records and other papers including the
company's shareholder books and records "

Francine Lavoie is on record with the Court
as being a super majority Shareholder. I
think it is in our best interest if we were
on record too - in the event that Mr. Stevens
inadvertently overlooks our names and ownership
interest in the event of any recovery.
