Because right now Delfin owns 312,825,952. A 1-100 rs would bring their share count down to 3,128,26, which would still be 70.9%. But then let’s say they issue 5 million shares, what would that do to their percentage ownership? It leaves them with less than 50% ownership. Why would they do that?
