The ratio is 0.3707 TRW shares for every SIAF share


For the first distribution that is. Assuming that they stick to what they wrote in the announcement, i.e that the second distribution will be to the same shareholders, then we can calculate the total TRW-ratio (assuming that SIAF pays of the loans and get the collateral shares with TRW-shares back)
