I find it hard to defend why the PPS should trade higher than 10% dividend yield


I think Solomon should be happy with a 10% yield. A company that has diluted 100% and failed to deliver over and over again doesn't deserve a low yield, even though he finally delivered on the TRW-shares. After the first cash dividend is paid (or maybe also as soon as the ex date is known) we might be able to push the yield down.
