The PR clearly stated the Record date on Oct. 31st. Which means ex-date is today; Which means the last day to buy shares to get the Tri-way dividend was yesterday.



Why don't you show us where FINRA announced the ex-date? On OTCMarkets the dividend isn't even known. Scoll down to where it says "dividends"...
