that would be UBSS trying to get ur shares cheap, the company isnt diluting, wrong MM.S, look to CLYP, FANC, VERT, HDSN these are outfits that sell for companies, someone posted how much we have been shorted here, believe it, easy for MM.S to do an low volume stocks, scares traders into selling, thus a lower price
