Think of how the diamond business is done in the Diamond district-most of it is done by word of mouth;million dollar deals are done with a handshake.If they are increasing their shipment,i believe they must be pre-sold.Nobody in the wholesale diamond business there needs to respond to some mom and pop retail store.
