The R/S was known. Just being implemented after an extended period of time. May even be in our favor (if such a thing possible) that it not be as drastic as previously announced (1000/1).

It really is never the result of the R/S that matters, it is what SOUM does afterward - dilute with abandon.

IF that would not be the case this time, that SOUM intends to stabilize its post pps with no new dilution and, in fact, issuing business advances which indicate increased revenue - well, the post pps would actually go up.

Fat chance???
